Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC is seeking a proactive business development professional in Dubai to identify and secure landscaping, irrigation, and maintenance projects. You will generate leads, build relationships with developers and stakeholders, and coordinate tender responses.

You will conduct client meetings, site visits and prepare commercial proposals while coordinating with estimation and technical teams to meet project requirements. A UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within landscaping, swimming pools, irrigation, construction, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market, tender processes, and construction project cycles.
• Existing network with developers, consultants, contractors, and clients is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for landscaping irrigation, swimming pool, hardscape, softscape and maintenance projects.
• Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, market research and industry contacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations and prepare commercial proposals.
• Review tender documents, BOQs and project requirements with estimation and technical teams.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders and client feedback to secure projects.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, forecasts and regular business development reports.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
