Job summary

Deluxe Holiday Homes in Dubai seeks a hands-on Chief Accountant to own the books, tax and audit across the group. You will coordinate handovers, oversee inspections, and maintain records across 700+ premium short-term rentals. UAE driving license and CRM experience are essential; cross-functional teamwork is expected.

This role requires a proactive finance leader capable of improving processes, enforcing standards, and delivering timely reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• UAE Driving License is required.
• Bachelor's degree or related field of study.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot or similar).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Collaborative attitude with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee property handovers after contract termination.
• Inspect properties, identify damages and maintenance needs.
• Prepare inspection reports, handover checklists, and records.
• Conduct pre- and post-owner-stay inspections for standards.
• Welcome landlords during owner stays and address requests.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping and other teams.
• Maintain clear communication with landlords on findings and timelines.
• Monitor tasks and escalate delays when needed.
• Maintain property records and documentation in management systems.
• Ensure handovers meet company standards and contractual requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve inspection processes and landlord experience.
