Job summary

Deluxe Holiday Homes, a leader in Dubai's holiday-home and property-management sector, seeks an experienced accountant to own the end-to-end close process and manage cross-entity reporting. The role supervises teams in Dubai and Armenia, and drives consolidation and fixed-asset controls.

Responsibilities include tax filings, external audit oversight with Deloitte, and strong intercompany reconciliations, while leveraging AI tools to enhance drafting and reconciliation tasks.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years experience.
• Hands-on UAE Corporate Tax and VAT filing experience.
• Strong month-end close, consolidation, and intercompany accounting skills.
• Experience running end-to-end audits.
• UAE resident comfortable fronting banks and the FTA.
• Daily use of AI tools for drafting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close calendar and deliver closed books on deadline across all entities.
• File Corporate Tax and VAT in-house, accurately and on time.
• Lead the external audit end to end (Deloitte).
• Manage intercompany balances and reconciliations.
• Supervise the Senior Accountant in Dubai and the accounting team in Armenia.
• Maintain fixed-asset registers, accruals and prepayments.
• Run the controls framework including segregation of duties and payment-approval routing.
