Quanterra Group in Dubai is seeking an Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a premium real estate development & services client.

Responsibilities include issuing tax invoices and receipts, processing payments, preparing statements of accounts, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and assisting with audits, VAT and corporate tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate/constructions.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

You will also maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy & compliance with accounting standards & regulations and assisting with financial audits, VAT & corporate tax filing.
