Job summary

FAIRHUB TRAVEL L.L.C in Dubai is seeking an experienced accountant to maintain accurate records, handle payables and receivables, and prepare invoices and expense reports.

You will monitor income and cash flow, reconcile accounts, generate monthly reports, assist with budgeting and VAT calculations, and ensure UAE regulatory compliance. Strong English communication and proficiency with accounting software are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and basic UAE tax requirements.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Property management or real estate accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Experience handling rental income, property expenses, service charges or property-related accounts would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Handle daily accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records and expense reports.
• Monitor company income, expenses and cash flow.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries.
• Maintain proper records of petty cash and company expenses.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, clients and external accountants when required.
• Ensure accounting records and financial documents are properly organized.
• Assist with VAT calculations, VAT returns and UAE tax-related requirements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
• Support management with financial analysis and accounting advice.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE accounting and financial regulations.
