Job summary

Deluxe Holiday Homes, a leader in Dubai's holiday-home and property-management sector, seeks an experienced accountant to own the end-to-end close process and manage cross-entity reporting. The role supervises teams in Dubai and Armenia, and drives consolidation and fixed-asset controls.

Responsibilities include tax filings, external audit oversight with Deloitte, and strong intercompany reconciliations, while leveraging AI tools to enhance drafting and reconciliation tasks.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years experience.
• Hands-on UAE Corporate Tax and VAT filing experience.
• Strong month-end close, consolidation, and intercompany accounting skills.
• Experience running end-to-end audits.
• UAE resident comfortable fronting banks and the FTA.
• Daily use of AI tools for drafting and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) with 5+ years experience
• Hands•on experience with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT filing
• Strong month–end close, consolidation, and intercompany accounting skills
• Experience running end-to-end audits
• UAE resident comfortable fronting banks and the FTA
• Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for drafting and reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality, real–estate, or property–management sector experience
• Experience with Guesty, ERPNext, or similar PMS/ERP environments
• Experience supervising remote accounting teams
• Arabic language skills for dealing with authorities
