Job summary

Reliance Career Opportunities in Abu Dhabi seeks an Emirati Learning & Development Specialist to optimize L&D data procedures, report on training activities, and support performance management integration.

You will manage the LMS, coordinate with HRBPs and external trainers, design training programs, monitor progress, and prepare reports for the Group HR Manager. Salary AED 16000 (all in).

Qualifications

• Emirati national is required
• Based in UAE with Abu Dhabi location
• Experience in learning and development data management
• Experience in LMS administration and reporting

Responsibilities

• Evaluate L&D needs by identifying skill gaps and training needs
• Collaborate with vendors and Group L&D Manager to design programs
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure effective delivery (in person/online)
• Manage LMS to monitor progress, compliance, and performance
• Integrate training into performance management with HRBP and managers
• Assess training effectiveness via feedback and metrics; implement improvements
• Maintain training records, attendance, and completion certificates for compliance
• PrepareReports on training progress and outcomes for Group HR Manager
