Job summary

Etex in Dubai seeks a Korean-speaking Customer Service & Order Management professional to bridge customers, factories and logistics. You will own end-to-end order cycles and ensure timely delivery, reporting to Customer Service Manager.

This is an individual contributor role requiring 3–7 years in CS, order management, logistics or supply chain. You will coordinate shipments, maintain accurate documentation and support accounts receivable, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency and strong English communication are essential.
• 3+ years in customer service, order management, logistics or supply chain operations are expected.
• Experience with SAP MM and SD modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with factories, logistics providers, and customers for smooth deliveries.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
