Job summary

TABLE4TWO Hospitality Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a full-time on-site Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas, including washing dishes and handling equipment.

The role supports food and beverage service, ensures hygiene and safety standards, assists culinary and service teams, and helps with inventory and setup/breakdown of service stations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with strong customer service skills and a professional approach to guests.
• Clear and respectful communication with kitchen, service, and management teams.
• Basic understanding of F&B operations and how to safely handle tableware and equipment.
• Experience or aptitude in Food Service support, including dishwashing and inventory.
• Willingness to participate in hygiene and safety training.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and store items properly.
• Clean workstations, floors, and waste areas daily.
• Support service by preparing equipment and ensuring supplies.
• Transport items and set up/break down service stations as needed.
