Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is urgently hiring a Kitchen Steward / Cleaner with restaurant or hotel stewarding experience. The role covers dishwashing, waste handling, and maintaining sanitary kitchen areas to support the serving team.

The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain hygiene standards, and handle cleaning tasks across shift while ensuring safety and efficiency in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hotel stewarding preferred.
• Knowledge of dishwashing and kitchen cleaning procedures.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment according to instructions.
• Maintain dishwashing areas in an organized condition.
• Handle and dispose of waste correctly.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Support cleaning activities before, during and after service.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Assist kitchen team with cleaning requirements.
• Maintain a clean kitchen throughout service.
