Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen stewarding is essential.
• HACCP awareness and food safety knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of all washing up and cleaning machinery.
• Operate kitchen cleaning equipment and follow safety precautions.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and hygienic and report faults.
• Sort and dispose of refuse as scheduled and maintain hygiene standards.
