The ideal candidate has 2+ years in kitchen stewarding, good organization, and a courteous team mindset. Training will cover HACCP standards, waste management, and daily maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, pristine environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in kitchen stewarding is essential.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and safe hygiene practices.
• Knowledge of kitchen workflows and equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of washing up and cleaning machinery.
• Learn and follow fire and safety precautions for kitchen areas.
• Handle cleaning materials properly and economically.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Attend training sessions or departmental meetings as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
