This role focuses on maintaining kitchen hygiene, washing dishes, supporting staff, handling deliveries, and upholding environmental standards through proper waste disposal. It requires a proactive, team-oriented individual ready for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong focus on high sanitation standards and hygiene.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and safety guidelines.
• Healthy condition to stand for long shifts and lift items as needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment and store them properly.
• Support kitchen staff by providing timely tools and utensils.
• Assist in unloading and organizing food supplies and deliveries.
• Take responsibility for waste disposal and recycling in line with standards.
• Collaborate with team to uphold restaurant hygiene and sanitation.
