Job summary

EDITION Hotels seeks a dedicated team member to operate and maintain cleaning equipment and disinfect kitchen areas. You will receive deliveries, rotate stock, and ensure proper storage of wares and perishables. Adherence to safety protocols and teamwork are essential to support hospitality excellence.

The role is non-management and located at Al Bateen Marina, Abu Dhabi, with full-time schedules and a focus on maintaining clean, safe, and efficient operations for our guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock; ensure clean wares are stored appropriately.
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
