Job summary

Four Points Dubai is seeking a kitchen team member to support daily food preparation and service. You will portion, chop and store ingredients, wash produce, and help prepare cold foods according to recipes and quality standards.

You will operate standard kitchen equipment, monitor temperatures, maintain safety and sanitation, and contribute to a professional, clean work environment. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking and food preparation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fruits and vegetables and measure ingredients.
• Cook food according to recipes and standards, monitor quality and temperature.
• Set up and break down work station and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers and serve food in proper portions.

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
