Job summary

Areen Middle East LLC is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customers across Baby Mothercare and Specialty Retail channels in the UAE, including e-commerce platforms and premium specialty retailers.

The role focuses on driving sales growth, market penetration and brand visibility across key accounts with strong emphasis on specialty retail alongside modern trade, general trade and online channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE.
• Strong experience in managing specialty retail channels (baby shops, juvenile stores, mother care outlets, and niche retailers, etc.).
• Proven track record in key account management and sales growth.
• Experience in baby care, mother care, or home care categories is highly preferred.
