Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage Modern Trade key accounts in the UAE. You will build strong relationships with head office contacts, negotiate and implement BDAs, and develop action plans to grow revenue.

You will create account strategies, identify new business opportunities, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business plans and forecasts. Excellent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial sales experience in FMCG.
• Proven experience managing key accounts and delivering sales growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Good business and financial acumen.
• Excellent English, Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned Modern Trade key accounts to achieve sales volume and profit targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with head office contacts of Modern Trade customers.
