• Establish and manage strategic customer alliances and long-term relationships to achieve key customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper application of key account management practices across account base and compliance with annual agreements.
• Manage total responsibility for Modern Trade sales, growth and hitting/exceeding targets.
• Present sales reports and projections to Head of Sales.
• Forecast accurately and maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
