Job summary

Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries LLC seeks an experienced Modern Trade Sales professional in the UAE beverage sector. You will lead relationships with major supermarkets, drive product listings, promotions, shelf management, and market share growth within the Modern Trade channel.

Applicants should have 7+ years in UAE Modern Trade FMCG, proven sales targets achievement, and strong negotiation, leadership and team management skills. UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Modern Trade sales experience in FMCG, Bottled Water, Beverage or Food & Beverage.
• Proven success with major supermarkets/hypermarkets in the UAE.
• Track record of achieving sales targets, listings, distribution and market share.
• Strong relationships with UAE Modern Trade buyers and decision-makers.
• Experience in promotions, merchandising, shelf management and competitor analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE FMCG market.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Only candidates with strong UAE Modern Trade experience in FMCG/Water/Beverage will be considered.
