Job summary

Oscar Glass is hiring a Key Account Manager for an on-site position in Ajman. You will manage and grow key client relationships, develop account plans, and coordinate quotations, orders and deliveries. You will lead a team and report performance while ensuring exceptional service and professional communication.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in B2B sales, experience in glass or related industries, and proficiency with CRM, ERP, Tally, and MS Office. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and key accounts experience.
• Solid analytical and business planning capabilities to interpret data and forecast demand.
• Proven customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in B2B sales or the glass/construction/building materials industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Ajman and manage multiple accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP software, Tally and Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts as primary contact for major clients.
• Develop account plans, monitor performance against targets, and coordinate with internal teams on quotations, orders and deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Analyze account data to identify growth opportunities and prepare regular reports.
• Support strategic business initiatives and conduct client meetings.
• Negotiate terms within guidelines and maintain high standards of service.
• Oversee sales, procurement, stock reports, accounts payable/receivable for assigned accounts.
• Directly report to MD and lead a team of 8 to 10 people.

Role Description

The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for major clients, and ensuring their needs are met through timely and accurate service. Day-to-day tasks include developing account plans, monitoring performance against targets, coordinating with internal teams on quotations, orders, and deliveries, and resolving customer issues. The Key Account Manager will analyze account data to identify growth opportunities, prepare regular reports, and support strategic business initiatives. The role also involves conducting client meetings, negotiating terms within set guidelines, and maintaining high standards of customer service and professional communication. He must be handling All account of customers and suppliers he will be handling team of 8 to 10 person. We are mainly in glass processing and trading glass he sould be handling all deaprtments like sales, procurement, stock reports,accounts payable and receiveable directly reporting to MD

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in CRM tools ERP SOFTWARE Tally and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and account management.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years Experiance required.
