About the Role

We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager in Abu Dhabi who will be responsible to drive sales and profitability across Sanipex Group's product categories by managing and growing relationships with key clients. The role focuses on building trust with existing customers, acquiring new business, understanding client needs, negotiating solutions, and delivering a high level of customer service. The position will also coordinate with internal teams, prepare quotations and reports, manage leads and customer records, resolve client issues, and identify opportunities for long-term business growth. As a brand ambassador, the Key Accounts Manager will represent and maintain the Sanipex brands to the highest standards while staying updated on product developments and market opportunities.

About You

You will have a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi market and will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry. You are a confident and results-driven professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with professionals at all organizational levels and across diverse cultural backgrounds. You have strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer-focused sales skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. You are highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets, work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing market conditions, and proactively respond to competition and market trends. As a positive and collaborative team player, you are committed to achieving personal, divisional, and company goals while maintaining a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
