Job summary

Emirates Group is seeking a Key Account Development Controller to support strategic partnerships across Marine, Cruise, and other segments. The role focuses on data analysis, performance reporting, and actionable insights to drive revenue growth and contract compliance.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, coordinating with sales and finance teams, and assisting in commercial proposals, RFPs, and business cases.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours (12+3) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial, Sales, or related business functions.
• Experience in the airline industry, in a sales or distribution position.
• Strong people, team management and leadership skills, preferably in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse performance of key accounts across marine, cruise and other strategic segments, providing regular reporting and insights.
• Support development and implementation of account strategies by gathering and consolidating data from internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare dashboards, business reviews and scorecards to evaluate revenue contribution and profitability.
• Coordinate with regional and outstation sales teams to gather account intelligence and ensure reporting consistency.
• Assist in planning joint marketing activities, trade events and partner initiatives with performance measurement.
