Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 0–2 years of sales or business development experience (internships count).
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in presenting to clients and building relationships.
• Basic CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified leads to drive interest and schedule appointments.
• Assist in property inspections and participate in client meetings with senior team members.
• Shadow managers during deal closings to learn end-to-end sales process.
• Coordinate with operations to support documentation and logistics.
• Take on increasing responsibilities in deal closures based on performance.
