You will engage with pre-qualified leads, schedule appointments, assist in property inspections, and shadow senior team members during deal closings. Coordination with operations ensures smooth documentation and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships or part-time roles count).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); Russian is a plus.
• A valid UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified leads to drive interest and schedule appointments.
• Assist in property inspections and participate in client meetings alongside senior team members.
• Shadow experienced managers and team leaders during deal closings to understand the end-to-end sales process.
• Coordinate with the operations team to support documentation and logistical requirements.
• Take on increasing responsibilities in deal closures based on demonstrated performance and learning progress.
