GI Properties is seeking a motivated Junior Secondary Property Consultant to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for sales professionals passionate about real estate and building a career in Dubai's property market.

Applicants with strong sales backgrounds in luxury brands, premium retail, automotive, or hospitality will find this role a natural fit. You will build relationships, negotiate, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding clients from consultation to closing.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties within Dubai's secondary market.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally while understanding clients' needs.
• Guide clients throughout the sales journey, from the initial consultation to successful deal closure.
• Negotiate offers and agreements while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through outstanding customer service and professionalism.
