Responsibilities

• Support Chef de Partie in daily operations.
• Prepare according to menu specifications.
• Maintain hygienic work area according to hotel rules.
• Control stock and food cost in your section.
• Prepare mis-en-place and food production in main kitchen or satellites.
• Follow instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure high standards and quality; stay updated with new products and techniques.
• Coordinate with other sections on cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
