This role works within our Concierge & Travel function:
- Advising members and making reservations for restaurant and nightlife bookings
- Travel (hotels, flights, transfers) planning and arrangements
- Handling concierge requests
- Prior experience (1-3 years) in a Concierge or travel agency is required
- Solid knowledge of luxury destinations, luxury restaurants, and high-end hotel brands
- Strong multitasker with excellent organisation and ability to perform under pressure
- Fluent in English
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is beneficial
- Competitive salary (AED7-10k a month)
