Qualifikationen

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 20 kg without assistance.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during a shift.
• Attention to hygiene and ability to follow HACCP guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment with kitchen tools.
• Wash and peel fruits/vegetables as required for cooking or preparation.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Serve food in proper portions with appropriate plate appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of food storage and work areas.
• Ensure food safety and handling policies are followed.
• Communicate needs to the Chef during busy periods to ensure service quality.
• Monitor food quality and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow temperature controls and check appliance readings as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to management or maintenance teams.
• Maintain knowledge of company Food Safety Programs and local regulations.
