SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences is seeking a Kitchen Prep/Line Cook to support daily cooking operations in a luxury hotel setting. You will prepare ingredients, portion and store items, and assist in cooking according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines.

The role requires strong hygiene practices, the ability to work under peak periods, and adherence to safety policies to ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality food presentation.

Qualificações

• Ability to move, lift and carry objects up to 20 kg.
• Stand or walk for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Attention to personal hygiene and food safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning and storing food.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Wash and prep fresh fruits and vegetables for cooking.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Serve food in proper portions with correct garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of food storage areas and work stations.
• Operate and monitor kitchen equipment and temperatures.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and food safety policies.
