Job summary

KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to support F&B operations in a five-star hotel environment. You will assist in mise-en-place and production, ensuring consistency with standard recipes and high guest satisfaction.

You must have a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and at least 1 year in a similar role, with strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining impeccable cleanliness and HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• At least 1 year in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Positive attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce mise-en-place for menu elaboration according to standard recipes.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and the Demi-Chef in production and distribution of food items.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and adhere to HACCP policies.
• Adhere to Dubai Municipality health, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Keep the Place of Work clean and organized and report maintenance needs.
