Job summary

Kerzner International in Dubai seeks an experienced Head of Kitchen to oversee food quality, kitchen operations, safety and hygiene in a luxury hotel setting. You will drive cost control, mentor chefs and ensure daily operations align with the brand's high standards.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, set menus and recipes, and lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

• Monitor targets like gross profit and staff turnover.
• Assign tasks to junior chefs and ensure quality.
• Maintain good employee relations and motivate staff.
• Update the information board for events and changes.
• Ensure night shift coverage and proper handover.
• Enforce food safety systems.
