Minor International in the UAE operates a major hospitality portfolio including Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara. This kitchen role supports the production team, ensuring high-quality food preparation, HACCP compliance, and flawless presentation in a luxury hotel environment.

The position requires a Hotel Management background with at least 5 years in a similar capacity, fluent English, and the ability to work split shifts while coordinating with chefs and other departments to meet guest

Qualifications

• Hotel Management graduate or related course.
• At least 5 years experience in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels.
• Health in good condition
• Fluent in conversational English
• Ability to work on split shifts

Responsabilités

• Assist Production team in food preparation under supervision of Sous Chef, Executive Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Maintain HACCP procedures and clear records at all times.
• Exceed guest expectations in quality and service of food products.
• Coordinate with Department Coordinators and Supervisors for efficient operations.
