Job summary

Le Méridien Airport Road Dubai is seeking a dedicated Cook (Non-Management) to prepare meals according to recipes, maintain quality, and ensure proper presentation.

The ideal candidate has a Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree and at least 3 years of related experience; no supervisory experience required. You will follow safety policies, assist with training, and work as part of a professional F&B team.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and garnish according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality/quantity of prepared items.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items; support service staff as needed.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
• Follow safety and security policies; report maintenance and safety issues.
