Job summary

Qualifications

• International Business Administration background with ability to work under time pressure.
• Insurance skills and experience.
• Strong commercial understanding including financial KPIs.

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Define bid strategy with Bid Core Team and deal shaping.
• Manage end-to-end bid process and create competitive offers.
• Coordinate with interfaces, HQ and local entities for tailored solutions.
• Handle commercial and administrative tasks including risk reviews and approvals.
• Support financing instruments and contract reviews with stakeholders.
• Lead bid team meetings and negotiate with customers.
• Ensure complete handover of won projects to execution team.
• Analyze bid management processes and tools.
