Job summary

Technogym is seeking a hands-on Tender & Buyer Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to strengthen tender submissions and improve win rates. You will oversee project timelines, edit and format tender responses, maintain a central bid library, and report on win/loss statistics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in procurement department and tender/RFx role, with at least 3 involved in direct completion of RFPs/RFIs.
• Arabic language is mandatory.
• Experience managing government & military tenders is an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in RFx completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFx processes day-to-day with accountability for submission quality.
• Coordinate pre-tender sign-off at the appropriate authority level.
• Create and manage timelines for each response to ensure timely delivery.
• Compile and manage tender statistics and provide insights at meetings.
• Maintain and update the online bid library and rewrite materials as needed.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance and MD for tender decisions and post-tender close-out.
