Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Drafting

Prepare detailed technical and shop drawings for joinery items, including kitchen furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, doors, panels, and fit-outs.

2. Cutting List Preparation

Prepare accurate cutting lists based on approved drawings.

Optimize material usage to reduce waste and improve cost‑efficiency.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.

3. Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and production teams.

Participate in project meetings to align on design and timelines.

Communicate design changes or technical issues to relevant stakeholders.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain organized drawing records, revisions, and related documentation.

Provide timely updates on design progress to the project team.

Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience as a Joinery Draftsman (UAE or international).

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Strong knowledge of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and construction methods.

Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
