Job summary

Daikan Hospitality Group is seeking a Commis I to join the culinary team at Daikan Izakaya, Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi. The role involves assisting with ingredient prep, supporting service, and maintaining hygiene in a high-volume kitchen. A proactive learner with an interest in Japanese cuisine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization and inventory of kitchen supplies and freshness tracking.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service.
