Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Dubai is seeking an IT professional to troubleshoot and resolve software and system problems, provide technical guidance, and implement process improvements. You will support client/server operations, maintain applications, and train users across the organization.

Based at Al Emreef Street, Dubai, the role involves ensuring IT systems run smoothly, coordinating telecommunications activities, and upholding company policies while delivering high-quality service to guests

Qualifications

Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems across software and systems.
Provide technical guidance to resolve business problems.
Analyze and implement process improvements to IT operations.
Enter commands and operate computer and peripheral equipment.
Train users on hardware and software usage.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain applications and user accounts.
Coordinate planning and operations for telecommunications and client/server support.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees.
Promote adherence to policies and protect company assets.
Maintain positive working relationships and ensure quality standards.
