Qualifications

• Preferably, we would like you to have a Diploma in Computer Technology, or comparable, with an understanding of IT processes and management tasks.
• Strong understanding and practical experience of application support throughout hospitality options and integrations is necessary.
• Understanding IT procedures and administrative tasks, experience in Network Switching and Directing Monitoring, Configuring and Networking wire monitoring.
• Solid communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot.
• ITIL or COBIT is a plus.
• Extensive understanding of IT security principles and concepts.
• Experience with Ethernet networking, LAN/WAN network technologies, the OSI model, TCP/IP, switching, routing, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of hotel software systems and backups, with regular checks.
