Job summary

Bhatia Brothers FZE in Dubai is seeking a junior IT Support assistant to help day-to-day IT systems and end-user operations. You will assist with network, Wi‑Fi, IP phone, and basic infrastructure issues and support employee onboarding of emails and devices.

This role requires basic IT knowledge, familiarity with Google Workspace, and a strong learning mindset. You will coordinate with telecom providers and IT vendors, maintain asset inventories and licenses, and help drive AI-enabled automation

Qualifications

• BTech/BE/BCA/MCA/MSc in IT or CS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT systems and end-user operations.
• Assist with network Wi-Fi IP phone and basic infrastructure issues.
• Help with employee IT onboarding email access devices.
• Support Google Workspace user administration.
• Coordinate with telecom providers ISPs and IT vendors.
• Maintain IT asset inventory licenses renewals and billing trackers.
• Assist in execution of IT automation and AI-enabled projects.
• Support basic cybersecurity hygiene and access controls.
• Maintain IT documentation SOPs and follow-up trackers.
