Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, help desk, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT ticketing and asset management systems.
• Familiarity with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage IT ticketing systems and track resolution progress.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patches.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and software.
• Coordinate with IT team and vendors to resolve issues.
• Document procedures and configurations for future reference.
• Assist with network monitoring and basic infrastructure tasks.
• Provide user training and onboarding for new software.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
