Job summary

Binghatti is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot client computer systems, provide technical support, and maintain client relationships in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

A successful candidate will have a B.Sc in computer science with at least 4 years of experience, alongside a strong understanding of networking concepts and excellent communication skills. The role demands hands-on technical support and client-facing interaction.

Qualifications

• B.Sc degree in the field of computer science and/or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft based server and desktop operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems.
• Installing and configuring client computer systems.
• Responding to client IT support requests.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.

Skills

General knowledge of network types (LAN, WAN, MAN, GAN)

Knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook, Backups

Troubleshooting and repairing alarm system hardware

Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and networking concepts

Good communication skills

Ability to operate tools and components

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Education
