Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide first and second line IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by employees promptly.
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
Monitor systems for performance and reliability; perform routine checks.
Create and manage user accounts and access rights; onboard new staff.
Log and track incidents and requests; ensure SLAs are met.
Maintain documentation and update knowledge bases.
Provide guidance and training on basic IT usage and security.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance.
