Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, CS, or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of IT support or service desk experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking basics.
• Experience with ITSM and ticketing tools mentioned above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, ticketing systems, and remote tools.
• Log, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, Office apps, and business software.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams.
• Assist with user accounts, password resets, and AD permissions.
• Diagnose basic network issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet access.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams.
• Maintain accurate incident records and communications with users.
• Follow IT security policies and SOPs, and provide timely updates.
