Job summary

Analog in Abu Dhabi is seeking a capable IT Support professional to own day-to-day end-to-end IT support, enabling the team to focus on building and delivering. You will be the first contact for hardware, software, and access issues, supporting a small, sharp team that values smooth operations and meaningful fixes.

Strong Microsoft 365 skills, experience with device management (MDM), and ITSM processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with day-to-day desktop support.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience managing devices through an MDM.
• Experience working within an ITSM tool/process.
• Clear, confident English communicator. You'll be talking to people all day, so this matters as much as the technical skills.
• Based in or able to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact when something breaks: laptops, Wi-Fi, account access, and daily IT needs for the team of 77 people.
• Manage Microsoft 365 day to day: Outlook, Teams, and related tools.
• Manage devices through MDM to keep them provisioned, secure, and up to date.
• Run IT support workflows through an ITSM tool to ensure no issues slip through the cracks.
