Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and calls promptly.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
• Document support requests and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
