Job summary

Securetrack Information Technology LLC in Dubai is seeking an IT support specialist to provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, desktops, and network issues. You will install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS and business applications while diagnosing network problems including LAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS and DHCP.

The role involves working on network devices (switches/routers/APs), VPN and internet connectivity, maintaining IT infrastructure, and documenting assets and incidents.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
• 2–4 years UAE experience mandatory.
• CCNA/CCNP certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to users for hardware, software, desktop and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and common business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and basic routing/switching issues.
• Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of network devices such as switches, routers and access points.
• Troubleshoot internet, VPN, email and other connectivity-related problems.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure reliable system and network performance.
• Handle user support requests via calls, email or ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, configurations, incidents and resolutions.
• Assist with network installations, cabling, device deployment and IT infrastructure projects.

Experience:

2-4 years of UAE experience mandatory
