Job summary

Confidencial Company in Dubai is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on helpdesk and on-site technical support for computers, printers, and IT devices. You will diagnose hardware and software issues to restore services quickly.

The role requires basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/VLAN, Wi‑Fi), OS installation and configuration, and a collaborative team spirit. UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and IT hardware.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are an advantage.
