Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with quick problem-solving under pressure.
