Job summary

Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Dubai seeks an IT Sales Manager to lead our IT sales division. The role requires deep UAE market experience, strong leadership, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets by selling AI, Cyber Security, Networking and Cloud solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, mentor the sales team, and build strategic relationships with enterprise, government and SMB clients across the UAE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE IT sales experience at manager/senior level.
• Proven track record in managing IT sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of AI, cyber security, networking and cloud solutions.
• Established UAE corporate client network preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license advantageous.
• IT / CS / Engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor the IT sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive B2B sales strategy and generate new business across UAE.
• Sell AI, Cyber Security, Networking and Cloud solutions to corporate clients.
• Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with enterprise, SMB and government clients.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations and solution demos.
• Develop sales pipeline, forecasts and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, technical and marketing teams for deal execution.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand client base.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead our IT sales division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market experience, leadership skills, and deep technical knowledge across AI, Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud and IT Infrastructure.
